What causes poor air quality?
Undersized furnace filters is a common problem. Often when a furnace is replaced or better quality air filters are installed, size and capacity are not considered.
Smaller air filters are noisy and they can negatively impact your home's comfort.
Most homes exhaust more air than they replace. Negative air pressure creates poor air quality, drafts and uneven room temperature. Adding a HVR or upgrading air intakes can balance air pressure and temperature throughout your home.
